OK, you are moving in the right direction - using theory and considering music video in the light of these.
I think more in depth analysis is still needed. For example take one video and take screen grabs of each shot (produce a photo story board like you did with the busted/britney example last year). For each screen grab, consider how it can be analysed in terms of the theories you have found and the analytical skills you learnt in the first year.
At present, I think we are at a mid level 3, so room for improvement, but not a disaster either!
Remember that analysis undertaken in order to help with the planning and construction of your music video. Don't lose sight of this.
